This course addresses to the students who attend the Inter-departmental Program of Postgraduate Studies “Microsystems and Nanodevices” This course is co-organised by the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the School of Mechanical Engineering and the School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens.
